Upon you sign up Knowledge Portal paid service plan, you agree to pay for non-refundable monthly or annual subscription fees and other annual or one-time fees, in advance, including fees for the license of Software and Services to be rendered to You by or on behalf of Knowledge Portal in the following month.
If we suspend a portion of your Service due to a violation by You of any laws, regulations, or policies, You will remain responsible for the payment of all applicable fees.
If you cancel the Service in the middle of the billing cycle, no Knowledge Portal service fee will be refunded.
In Short’ Knowledge Portal does not provide refunds.
